1. Nature of Engagement

• DeenVerse is an online educational platform providing personalized tutoring services in Quran reading, Tajweed, Arabic, Islamic studies, and related academic subjects.
• Tutors operate as independent contractors, not employees of DeenVerse.
• Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

2. Tutor Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism, respect, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Conduct sessions at scheduled times. Notify the student and DeenVerse team at least 4 hours in advance if unable to attend.
• Prepare structured lesson material tailored to the student's level and goals.
• Maintain accurate attendance and session completion records.
• Use only the DeenVerse platform for communication.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

3. Code of Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
• Sharing personal phone numbers, emails, or social media accounts with students.
• Political discussions or ideological propaganda.
• Hate speech, incitement, or unlawful content.
• Any content violating the laws of India.

All teaching content must:

• Be aligned with authentic Islamic scholarship.
• Follow academically sound teaching methodology.
• Comply with Indian laws and educational standards.

Violation may result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities if required.

4. Child Protection & Safeguarding

• For students under 18 years of age, parental/guardian consent is mandatory.
• Tutors must maintain professional boundaries at all times.
• Private off-platform communication with minors is strictly prohibited.
• Session recordings (if enabled) may be used for quality and safety monitoring with prior consent.

DeenVerse maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child exploitation or misconduct.

5. Compliance with Indian Law

DeenVerse operates as an educational platform. We do not promote:

• Political ideology
• Sectarian division
• Extremism
• Any content that violates Indian laws

DeenVerse reserves the right to monitor, review, or audit sessions for compliance and quality purposes.

6. Compensation & Payments

• Payments are processed monthly based on completed and verified sessions.
• Rates are communicated upon tutor acceptance.
• Tutors may request payout once minimum balance threshold is reached.
• Payments are made through approved payment channels.
• Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the tutor.

7. Intellectual Property

• Teaching materials created specifically for DeenVerse sessions may be used by the platform for training and quality purposes.
• Tutors retain ownership of their original curriculum designs outside the platform.
• Recording redistribution without permission is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Personal information collected during application:

• Will remain confidential.
• Will be used only for tutor management and compliance purposes.
• Will not be sold to third parties.

Tutors must not share student data outside the platform.

9. Ratings & Performance Monitoring

DeenVerse may collect student feedback, monitor session quality, and review performance metrics. Repeated poor ratings or complaints may result in suspension or removal.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice.
• DeenVerse reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate a tutor for policy violations, legal non-compliance, misconduct, reputational risk, or safety concerns.
• Pending payments for completed sessions will be honored.

11. Amendments

DeenVerse reserves the right to update these terms. Tutors will be notified via email or platform notification of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
